箱涵的应用范围非常广泛，它是现代城市建设和基础设施建设的重要组成部分，同时也是保障交通运输和水利工程安全稳定的重要工程结构，综合箱涵模具选用了高强度的钢材质生产，具有物理性能好、容量大、强度高、抗渗性强、水化热低、收缩小、硬化快、整体成型快、脱膜快等特点。模具施工一般采用现浇，在开挖好的沟槽内设置底层，浇筑一层混凝土垫层，再将加工好的钢筋现场绑扎，支内模和外模，较大的箱涵一般先浇筑底板和侧壁的下半部分，再绑扎侧壁上部和顶板钢筋，支好内外模，浇筑侧壁上半部分和顶板。待混凝土达到设计要求的强度拆模，在箱涵两侧同时回填土。为了延长模具的使用寿命和提高混凝土构件的质量，还应定期对模具进行检查和维护。如发现模具存在损坏或变形等问题，应及时进行修复或更换。
