市政方涵模具作为城市建设的重要组成部分，其构造复杂且精密。模具主要由内模和外模两大部分精心构建而成，每一部分都承载着重要的功能。为了确保模具的稳定性和耐用性，巧妙地运用了拉杆，将各个钢板紧密地连接在一起。这种连接方式不仅增强了模具的整体强度，还使得模具在承受巨大压力时能够保持稳固不变形。采用的是预制的方法进行使用，选择一块空旷的地方对模具进行拼接，使用螺丝与拉杆固定好，组成内模和外模两部分，在模具的中间进行混凝土的浇筑，搭配钢筋网进行使用，等待混凝土干透就可以进行拆卸了，在制造过程中，需要注意一些细节问题，比如模具内部要预留尺寸合理的安装孔，在模具松模时脱模口需要设置得以均匀脱模，模具在铸模时需要注意混凝土的流动性，确保综合管廊成型。在使用前对模具内腔进行刷油处理。刷油的目的主要是为了方便后续脱模操作，同时避免混凝土与模具之间产生过大的摩擦力导致模具损坏。在脱模后，应立即对模具外表进行清理、抛光以及打蜡处理，使其表面保持干净整洁，避免锈蚀、划痕等损伤。
